We welcomed some new pets into our home this Easter! Two dwarf frogs who have been named Fred and Ted (or Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum depending on the day....). But, whatever their names end up being, they have been a neat new addition to our family. Thanks Grandma and Grandpa K. Adara enjoys dropping the food into their tank and watching as it floats to the bottom where the frogs nibble at it. It's also fun to watch them swim or even just burble (when they are very still and just bobbing in the water like they're playing dead). And, as anything new, they are a good educational subject - Adara now likes to point out that not all frogs hop, some swim like fish (dwarf frogs are completely aquatic)!
